Job Title: Cloud Systems Specialist

This is a challenging role for a highly skilled Cloud Systems Specialist who can implement, manage, and support cloud deployments, systems, and services to ensure high levels of availability, redundancy, and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a customer-first attitude, with experience in Server and Cloud Administration, including Microsoft Azure Certification (AZ100 or AZ300 preferred). They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to mentor team members and take ownership of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and support cloud deployments, systems, and services
  • Manage client Azure infrastructure spanning multiple data centers, focusing on performance, availability, and stability
  • Work closely with automation tools and processes such as Azure Dev/Ops, continuous integration, and automation of infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development/analytics teams to deploy and operate systems and help automate and streamline IT operations processes

Requirements:

  • Computer Science/Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience
  • Up to 7 years of experience in Server and Cloud Administration
  • Microsoft Azure Certification (AZ100 or AZ300 preferred)
  • VMWare Virtualization Certification is an asset
