Bharti Axa Life Insurance seeks a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead its HR department.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent. He/She will implement effective performance review procedures, develop fair HR policies, and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and administer employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at Bharti Axa Life Insurance, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
