Supply Chain Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
  • Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements, utilizing data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of KPIs and report on supply chain performance to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and purchase order processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
  • Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a significant asset.
