At the forefront of clinical data analysis, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Statistical Programmer

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs, with strong oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a subject matter expert for large-scale complex projects, provide hands-on support for the completion of projects, solving critical technical problems.
  • Participate in the review of Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
  • Evaluate the quality of programming to ensure excellence and high standards in the production of analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
  • Mentor junior team members, ensuring their growth and proficiency.
  • Ensure all statistical activities align with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
  • Possess proficiency in SAS and CDISC for programming, as well as project leadership skills.
  • Experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, and neurology would be an asset.

Core Competencies:

  • Technical expertise with hands-on experience in Statistical Programming.
  • Responsible for code reviews, ensuring quality checks on deliverables.
  • A key communicator in resolving problems at a team level, addressing timelines, deliverables, and quality issues directly.
  • Support the onboarding of additional programmers, mentoring them effectively.
