Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support clients in enhancing their governance, risk, and compliance posture through the implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) frameworks based on ISO 27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ISMS frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 standards to ensure effective information security management.
  • Assist in conducting gap assessments, risk assessments, and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support external ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare documentation such as policies, procedures, Statements of Applicability, risk registers, etc., to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance and audit findings, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular IT security audits and report on findings and remediation plans to stakeholders.
  • Provide advisory services on risk management, compliance, and information security best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant regulations, standards, and emerging security risks to provide expert guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GRC, ISO 27001, ISMS, and IT audit.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 controls, risk assessment methodologies, and audit lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST, GDPR, SOC 2 is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements with minimal supervision.
