Credentialing Specialist

Join EqualizeRCM Services as a Credentialing Specialist and play a vital role in the provider enrollment process. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining provider CAQH Proview profiles and completing applications and requests as required by insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the complete provider enrollment process and maintain provider CAQH Proview profiles.
• Complete applications and requests with required accuracy.
• Document conversations, findings, and actions taken on provider accounts.
• Meet compliance requirements like HIPAA and QMS/ISMS standards.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Completion of any bachelor's degree without current backlogs.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and logical reasoning skills.
• Good typing speed with a minimum of 25 WPM.
• Willingness to work in the night shift.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work on simple tasks with supervision/guidance.
• 100% attendance and no unapproved absenteeism.
• A reliable team player who can collaborate in solving issues that may arise.
