As a Customer Care Representative at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by performing outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards. You will also analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance and resolve moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM. A high school diploma and 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications are required. Additionally, 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role, where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers who spoke English, is preferred.
This role requires flexibility, as shift timings may change based on client requirements. Resources may also need to do overtime and work on weekends, depending on business needs.
