Fine-tune Large Language Models with Custom Datasets

Dosti Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Llm Model Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our MVPs by fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) with custom datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dataset Management: Safely handle and process custom datasets, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Model Fine-tuning: Collaborate with our research unit to strategize fine-tuning and execute training sessions, optimizing for specific performance metrics.
  • Integration and Deployment: Partner with our technical team for model integration into respective platforms or applications, ensuring secure and efficient data access while maintaining strict data privacy.
  • Continuous Learning & Research: Stay updated with the latest in LLMs and fine-tuning methods, suggesting strategies to enhance model customization and operational efficiency.
  • Ethics and Bias Mitigation: Monitor models for unintended biases and implement strategies to mitigate them, upholding the highest standards of ethical AI development and deployment.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience with neural network architectures, especially transformers like GPT, BERT, etc.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and LangChain.
  • Recent experience with LLMs like llama2 and Mistral 7B as well as tools like QLoRA, and llamaindex.
  • Prior experience in handling large datasets with an emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Strong self-starter attitude with an active engagement in current LLMs and related toolsets.
  • Ability to communicate technical aspects clearly to diverse stakeholders.
