Senior SAP Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service processes aligned with business goals.

  • Lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
  • Provide expert functional and technical guidance on SAP CS processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS module to optimize customer service workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from support teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PM, CRM) to ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other modules.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support to maximize system adoption.
  • Stay updated with SAP CS latest features, tools, and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements.
