Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution: Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives, driving business value through innovation and technology.
  • Governance Support: Support the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance policies, ensuring AI solutions meet organizational standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
AI Solution Delivery:
  • Contribute to identifying and evaluating innovative AI use cases, leveraging expertise in machine learning and data analytics.
  • Participate in the development of AI applications, models, and prototypes, applying industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate on functional and process design, scenario mapping, testing, and support planning, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
Security and Risk Management:
  • Implement and monitor security controls for AI models and data, protecting sensitive information and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security standards and policies, mitigating risk and maintaining trust.
Training and Enablement:
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training materials for AI tools, empowering users with knowledge and skills.
  • Support user enablement through tech talks, documentation, and community-building efforts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide operational support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
