This role involves receiving, reviewing, and resolving customer queries, complaints, and requests from various channels.

  • Receiving and reviewing customer inquiries, complaints, or requests from multiple sources (emails, web portals, etc.).">
  • Categorizing and prioritizing inquiries based on urgency and nature.">
  • Assigning inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel within the organization for resolution.">
  • Monitoring the status of assigned inquiries to ensure timely resolution.">
  • Following up with relevant departments to ensure service level agreements are met.">

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail.

We are looking for someone with 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
