Financial Consolidation and Close Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Consolidation and Close Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) for financial consolidation and close processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, streamlining financial consolidations and reducing errors.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems, enhancing data accuracy and visibility.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance, ensuring seamless user adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption, driving business outcomes.
