Java Trainer Position

This role requires a skilled instructor to deliver high-quality training programs for Java enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks.
Provide personalized coaching and support to learners, enabling them to achieve their desired skill outcomes.
Evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents.
Collaborate with learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs as needed.
Liaise with relevant teams to plan schedules, track learner progress, evaluate academic performance, and manage learning resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, and REST technologies.
Experience working with Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
Strong expertise in web server and application server usage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Bonus advantage: Knowledge of Liferay and Omnicom.
Advanced understanding of the Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).
Good knowledge of database management systems, including SQL.
