The role of a Speech and Language Therapist at our organization is to provide specialized support to children and adults with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Down Syndrome. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.

  • Develop and implement therapy plans that cater to diverse learners and foster inclusive education.
  • Work closely with special education teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to ensure integrated student development.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
  • Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and specialised instructional strategies.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and assistive aids, and devices.
