About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Head of Horeca Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding into new business segments.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Horeca, General Trade (GT), or Modern Trade (MT) with a proven track record in sales leadership. They will also possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality, food, and beverage industries.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure long-term contracts with major Horeca clients.
