As a Control System Engineer with LTIMindtree, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in developing and implementing PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. They should also have a background in system integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in Allen Bradley is essential.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting PLC Systems: Perform in an industrial environment.
  • System Integration Testing and Validation: Test and validate migrated SCADA systems.
  • Design, Configure, and Develop HMI SCADA Applications: Utilize your expertise to design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.
  • Perform FAT On-Site Commissioning PLC SCADA Project: Commission PLC SCADA projects on-site.
Technical Skills

Required skills include:

  • PLC: Allen Bradley
  • SCADA: Wonderware Invensys
  • PLC Languages Known: Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, Structured Text
  • Communication Protocol: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP
  • OPC: Kepware Configuration
  • Database & Scripting Knowledge: Database knowledge and scripting skills are required.
