Transformative Brands are built through strategic vision and creative excellence. We require a Brand Strategist to elevate our presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Understand business requirements for projects
    • Develop comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences
    • Ensure brand consistency across marketing channels and customer touchpoints
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly
  • Content Strategy & Creation:
    • Lead content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives
    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, videos, etc.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement
    • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction
    • Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness
  • Brand Messaging & Positioning:
    • Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across communication channels
    • Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • At least 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector
  • Ability to lead a team of min. ten members, strong client communication skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strong project management skills
