Job Opportunity in Internal Audit

Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
  • - Assess risks and identify controls to mitigate those risks.
  • - Communicate audit findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • - Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.
  • - Develop and document effective audit procedures.
  • - Identify and assess risks by applying knowledge of business, technology, and industry trends.
  • - Collaborate with audit customers and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • - Oversee department workflow and provide guidance to team members on projects and issues.
  • - Execute end-to-end process walkthroughs to ensure proper internal control design and segregation of duties.
  • - Assist in implementing tools and integrating systems to strengthen the internal control environment.
  • - Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • - Coordinate and/or manage co-source IA partners and consultants, if required.
  • - Support in enhancing controls and governance within the organization.
  • - Perform walkthroughs, testing & reporting of internal controls that are in scope for risk control matrix.

The Ideal Candidate
  • - Must have experience in internal auditing.
  • - Statutory audit profiles are not eligible for this role.

Requirements
  • - Ability to manage projects and supervise auditors to follow sound internal control practices.
  • - Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely escalation.
  • - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • - Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • - Experience in ERP Tools - SAP etc.
