Job Title

A Senior Engineering Manager is required to lead multiple teams in engineering and other departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum and Agile Management, with a proven track record of success in large enterprises.

  1. Lead Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  2. Team Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a liaison between development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; Encourage open communication within the team and ensure clear visibility into project progress.
  3. Coach & Guide Agile Practices: Mentor team in Scrum practices, Agile principles, and values; Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on optimizing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Manage Sprint Backlog & Project Progress: Support Product Owner in maintaining well-defined product backlog and managing sprint goals; Track team progress and maintain transparency using appropriate Agile project management tools.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Hold strong and effective communication in project status and progress updates to external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Scrum and Agile Management in large enterprises.
  • SAFe Certificate / Scrum Master / PMP Certification.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
