About the Role:

• Lead the veterinary practice for healthcare centers or specializations.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of associate professionals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and networks to solve healthcare management for pets.
• Mentor and career development for veterinary colleges.
• Implement international standards in pet handling care and cure.
• Play a crucial role in efficient execution of physical outlets.
• Solve preventive predictive planned healthcare for pets.
• Manage operational levels - quality and serviceability of outlets.
• Audit reviews and adherence to protocols processes workflows.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in veterinary practice.
• 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC procedures.
• Association with animal welfare organizations.
• Experience in small animal practice 3+ years.
• Pet parenting experience.
