Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to spearhead delivery excellence and presales engagements.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client needs, focusing on manufacturing environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in one or more core process areas (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA solutions that meet client expectations.

  • Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.
  • Build strong client relationships at senior levels.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, emphasizing manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with a strong client-facing presence.
Bonus Points:

If you have prior Big 4 consulting experience, especially in India delivery projects, it's a plus

  • Prior Big 4 consulting experience, especially in India delivery projects.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) to support local client engagements.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country SAP programs.
