Visual Designer PositionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our design team in a dynamic agency environment. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are passionate about visual communication and eager to learn and grow.Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the design team in creating visuals for digital campaigns, websites, branding, print materials, and social media.
  • Support senior designers in brainstorming and developing creative concepts.
  • Ensure design work aligns with client requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver design drafts under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Stay open to learning new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Manage assigned tasks effectively and deliver within deadlines.
  • Take feedback constructively and refine designs accordingly.
Requirements:
  • A degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or strong portfolio/self-taught skills).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar.
  • Creativity, imagination, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior designers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and creative expression.
