Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and facilitate issue resolution.

  • You will own the customer experience from project inception to handover, serving as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and resolving customer concerns within committed timelines.
  • Continuously coordinate with various stakeholders to empower your team members to tackle problems effectively and adhere to defined process standards.
  • Empower your team by hiring top talent and ensuring adherence to SOPs to deliver a standardized customer experience.
  • Oversee Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Key Expertise and Qualifications:
  • Prioritization of NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools is preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are required.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Effective management of strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.
