Recruitment Assistant

About the Role:

This position is responsible for supporting corporate recruiters throughout the recruiting process in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate candidate pre-employment checks and third-party vendor interactions.
  • Handle new hire processes, including offer letter generation and delivery.
  • Respond to internal and external recruiting inquiries with urgency.
  • Maintain record-keeping of recruiting-related documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent.
  • 0-6 years of experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, and enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic self-starter with strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
