Technical Support Specialist

The selected individual will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the following machines:

- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) with EDS

- SU3800 Hi-SEM with EDS and Sputter Coater by Hitachi High-Tech India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of SEM instruments.
  • Support researchers in sample preparation and data acquisition.
  • Learn and apply advanced techniques for material analysis and characterization.
  • Document experimental procedures and maintain accurate logs of instrument usage.
  • Collaborate with faculty and researchers on ongoing projects at the Centre.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols while handling equipment.
