Occupational Health Dietitian Job
The main role of a dietitian in this position is to analyze the nutritional needs of employees and provide personalized dietary guidance. This includes creating customized meal plans that take into account various health conditions, lifestyle factors, and occupational hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of employees' nutritional requirements, considering their age, health status, and job demands.
- Develop tailored diet charts for employees with specific health needs, ensuring alignment with occupational health and energy requirements.
- Offer regular counseling sessions on healthy eating habits, stress management, and nutrition-related topics.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure holistic care and effective implementation of nutrition programs.
- Stay updated on best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management to enhance professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Dietician certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health or hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
