Job Role

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of travel expense processes. You will have a comprehensive understanding of employee expense reimbursement procedures, including review, verification, and processing of travel and expense claims.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing compliance with corporate policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support employees regarding travel and expense submissions and reimbursements, providing assistance when needed.
  • Audit expense reports to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual travel and expense reporting and analysis.
  • Prioritize report preparation for management review, ensuring timely delivery.

This position involves identifying opportunities to streamline travel and expense processes, supporting projects or initiatives for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation and retention of travel and expense records as per company policy and audit requirements.

Your responsibilities also include reviewing standard operating procedures periodically and recommending necessary changes in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Prompt response to local business inquiries is expected.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel & Expense Systems.
  • Proficient in Concur or SAP.

Strong collaboration and communication skills are preferred.
