Full-Stack AI Engineer - A Cutting-Edge Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI models and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient, production-ready code for building and optimizing AI models.
  • Evaluate model performance by testing and ranking outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for Supervised and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.
