Senior Global Tax Specialist

An experienced professional is sought after to join a tax team providing support for indirect and direct tax compliance work, as well as direct tax provisioning under IFRS for non-US entities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taxation and compliance for the APAC and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Indirect Tax Compliance: Review purchase ledger reports, sanitize VAT/GST treatment, and prepare indirect tax returns for various jurisdictions (UK, Netherlands, France, UAE, Australia, India).
- Direct Tax Compliance: Assist with information requests, analyses, and preparation of non-US corporate income tax filings, liaise with external tax advisors where necessary.
- Direct Tax Provisioning: Prepare drafts of tax notes under IFRS, liaise with London-based tax teams to ensure completion of tax-related disclosures in local accounts.
- Transfer Pricing: Prepare monthly transfer pricing calculations and journals, liaise with external advisors on TP documentation projects.
- Other – Tax Administration: Collaborate with other teams and local tax advisors on ad-hoc tasks, maintain tax payments tracker, and reconcile to bank statements and ledger.
