Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote our energy tariffs and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and delivering personalized service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling additional products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
