About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will:

  • Develop and execute global marketing plans across multiple channels, including paid media, owned media, and earned media
  • Manage Zoho CRM end-to-end, including workflows, lead nurturing, and dashboards
  • Optimize website performance with Google Analytics and SEO tools
  • Run cold email outreach and email marketing campaigns that convert
  • Build smart AI-powered automations to scale processes
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to keep brand voice aligned with our Unthink philosophy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or brand-side setting
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, GA4, SEO tools, and all major social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of the full funnel and how POEM channels work together
  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with remote teams
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, and a love for experimenting with AI for growth hacks and automation
