Job Description

As a software engineering professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality provisioning tasks for newly provisioned multi-tenant production customer tenants across various industry-based cloud platforms.

This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and working with stakeholders to resolve defects encountered during provisioning.

  • Perform technical activities for post-provisioning tasks as per documented guidelines
  • Identify and report provisioning, product, and environmental defects; work with process management resources to address
  • Collaborate with operations, development, and other teams to understand defect causes, implement interim workarounds, and plan permanent fixes
  • Apply interim fixes during provisioning tasks where applicable
  • Assist in identifying and documenting new post-provisioning validations based on provisioning tasks and defect Jiras, and work with QA resources to incorporate into production scripts
  • Execute checklists of all provisioning tasks for each tenant
  • Identify when provisioning documents and checklist templates become outdated and work with process management to update accordingly
  • Resolve tenant provisioning issues that result in customer or partner escalations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, product development, or cloud technology
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Ability to quickly learn various aspects of products and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to recommend solutions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingsness to seek guidance and adhere to guidelines and standards
