Senior Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive architectural plans and designs that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely completion
  • Oversee and manage site evaluations to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on engineering, math, science, and materials to create ideal finished products
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Proficiency in English and Kannada languages (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Experience in Residential projects is highly desirable
