Key Responsibilities
  • Sr. AI/ML Engineer Role Overview: Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative work environment that drives innovation.
  • Clean Code & Development Best Practices: Develop robust machine learning systems using Python, emphasizing clean, maintainable code with minimal errors.
  • Efficient Model Engineering: Design and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end solutions efficiently, adhering to industry standards.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with diverse technical teams to ensure timely delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Data Science Process Implementation: Implement end-to-end data science processes, including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Database Management Expertise: Effectively manage and retrieve data from SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • API Development Using Python Web Frameworks: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using popular Python web frameworks.
  • Issue Diagnosis & Optimization Techniques: Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements, leveraging analytical thinking.
  • Agile Methodologies Adoption: Consistently follow Agile software development lifecycle practices.
  • LLM & RAG Model Design & Deployment: Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Model Evaluation & Validation Methods: Conduct training, validation, and evaluation experiments, refining models based on statistical analysis and performance metrics.
  • Security & Compliance Assurance: Ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to security best practices and data privacy regulations.
Technical Qualifications:
  • Python Programming Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Machine Learning/DL Experience: 5 years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Deep Learning Framework Proficiency: Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with the ability to leverage each framework's strengths.
  • Web Frameworks For API Development: Solid experience with Python web frameworks for developing scalable APIs.
  • Core Libraries & Tools: Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers, with a deep understanding of their applications.
  • Advanced ML/DL Algorithms: A deep understanding of Machine Learning/Deep Learning algorithms, with a focus on NLP and/or Computer Vision techniques.
  • Production-Grade AI Solutions: Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG, with a focus on real-world applications.
  • NLP & Conversational AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Concurrency & Asynchronous Programming: Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python, with a focus on high-performance applications.
  • Database Management Skills: Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to design efficient database architectures.
  • MLOps Experience: Experience with containerization and cloud platforms, with a focus on automating MLOps workflows.
  • Version Control Systems: Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control, with a focus on collaboration.
  • C++ Development Experience: Experience with C++ development is highly desirable, with a focus on high-performance applications.
