Job Title: Senior Technical Operations SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our Aero Lab across various sites. The ideal candidate will have strong work experience with cable harness fabrication, lab instrument usage, and knowledge of different types of power used across labs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lab Management: Manage and update the Aero lab, ensuring all test solutions and equipment are up-to-date with calibration and certification requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams across Aero to review electrical and mechanical needs for various test setups.
  • Optimization: Maintain and optimize lab layout to accommodate upcoming programs and ensure space efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: 4+ years of industry experience in lab management, including equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
  • Education: Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as high interpersonal skills, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
