Job Description:

We are looking for a professional to review the work performed by AR Analysts/ Callers and document quality issues on various parameters such as conversational skills, claims resolution, and voice quality.

  • Review call quality issues and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Develop process documentation and maintain our Quality Management System for ISO certification
  • Collaborate with the training team to provide remedial training
  • Analyze reports developed by AR Analyst/ AR Callers including aging analysis, A/R days, and top reasons for denials

Adhere to information security guidelines and maintain ethical behavior. The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Controller for AR in medical billing service providers
  • 4-6 years of experience in AR Calling / AR Analyst
  • Good knowledge in medical billing and confident process knowledge
  • Experience in end-to-end Healthcare process/ AR calling audit

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control Specialist - Reviewing and evaluating the quality of AR calls
  2. Process Improvement Specialist - Developing and maintaining process documentation
  3. Training Specialist - Collaborating with the training team to provide remedial training
  4. Analyst - Analyzing reports and providing insights for improvement
