Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive software quality assurance engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our software products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality. They will collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Design and implement testing strategies based on software requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
