About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Call For Jobs. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust and rapport through open communication.
- Generate sales leads by effectively communicating product information and promotions to customers.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
