Technical Team Lead

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and running SAP BTP applications and integrations. You will partner with stakeholders to guide delivery and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

  • Lead and mentor the development team to manage delivery and plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones.
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning.
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
