Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our infection control products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing product demonstrations, workshops, and participation in industry conferences/exhibitions, creating marketing collateral and presentations, analyzing customer needs, current market trends, and market potential, assessing current competitor offerings and seeking opportunities for differentiation, analyzing project funnel and submitting accurate forecast for production, demo stock management, new product launch & coordination for regulatory requirements, product training to sales and marketing team internally and end users externally, and regular reporting to update about activities & progress.

The role also involves market development, including planning, coordinating, and executing marketing programs to create pull in the market for entire range of IC product portfolio, launching new products/product lines, conducting and executing symposium/marketing program/CME/conference right from initiation to execution in consultation with sales/head-marketing, identifying and working closely with key architects, construction companies, and project consultants for business development, providing product technical information to bio-medicals/CSSD managers-technicians/IC nursing heads/consultants by discussing/detailing feature benefits and precision execution of routine tasks, creating marketing tools/collaterals as and when required.

Furthermore, the job includes training support, responsible for training for IC product line, initiating/conducting/facilitating internal product and technical training for sales and other team members/distributors to meet objectives, conducting operational training to end user, follow-up trainings, and troubleshooting, coordinating with other product managers for operational training to end user during project completion/final handover.

Sales support is also a key aspect, supporting sales team with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles, attending or driving product-related technical discussions for projects, tenders, and flow business, handing over and developing new sales reps on priority to ensure they are confident in promoting the product to customers, working closely with sales team to introduce and promote to consultants/architects/surgeons/technicians/purchase authorities during all pre and post-sales activities, providing cost support and attending commercial negotiations along with sales team as and when required, building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in infection control, hospital administration.

Additional responsibilities include tracking sales and organizing stocks, maintaining and analyzing sales data and taking corrective actions to address areas of concern in consultation with head-marketing, handling complaints related to products from customers on equipment's and coordinating with appropriate person for feedback and resolution, performing other duties assigned by seniors/management to support team, making customer visits on regular basis individually and with sales colleagues, ensuring all marketing and product communications comply with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and quality certifications, staying updated with evolving regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred, 5–8 years of experience in medical equipments, devices, consumables preferably in infection control industry, proven track record in managing technical products and consumables, strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and sales teams, proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms, strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset, ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages, innovative, proactive, and result-driven, strong team player with leadership potential.
