Community Liaison

We are seeking a detail-oriented Community Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating site visits for potential customers, ensuring an excellent on-site experience.

Job Summary:

We design, build, develop, and manage communities that blend seamlessly with nature. Our expertise lies in bespoke home designs, unparalleled hospitality experiences, and thoughtful solutions for senior living.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and provide detailed information about the community and its offerings.
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit and support overall customer relationship management.
Required Skills:
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, grooming, and communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide detailed information and tours to potential customers
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position in Navi Mumbai
