About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional software leader to spearhead the development of high-performance software solutions.

This is a pivotal opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and strategic vision to drive transformative energy decisions.

As a lead software engineer, you will be responsible for delivering quality software that meets the evolving needs of our customers.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Software development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your expertise in algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
  • Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance code quality, reduce bugs, and increase productivity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
  • Proven expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and functional programming
  • Hands-on experience in design and development on UI frontend technologies
  • Hands-on experience with E2E frameworks
  • Strong logical, analytics, and problem-solving skills
  • Mastery of responsive and scalable web application development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience in modern frontend frameworks like Vue3, React, Angular, etc.
  • Deep understanding of web application security best practices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Engineering graduate or higher
