Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to develop innovative AI solutions that empower subject matter experts to automate complex work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models.
  • Build and optimize high-performance data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent Stack technologies such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, and Sentence-Transformers.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
