Lead Developer - .NET

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Lead Developer. In this role, you will design and implement robust backend services and APIs using .NET technologies while leveraging AI development tools to enhance productivity.

  • This is a key leadership position where you will work on building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs under the guidance of senior architects, gaining valuable experience in cloud-native development and modern backend architecture patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications with a focus on clean code and efficient performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet customer needs.
  • Write well-documented code using C# and .NET frameworks, adhering to best practices for security and data protection.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to improve overall quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development trends.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React/Blazor (preferred).
  • Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
  • Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins.
  • Testing: NUnit, xUnit, Moq.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Other Skills: RESTful services, microservices architecture, performance tuning, security best practices.
