Compliance Officer Role

In this compliance officer position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

You will be working closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.

  • Monitor ongoing compliance activities and report any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure that we are meeting all necessary requirements.
  • Review and update our Private Placement Memorandum and other compliance-related documents as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative approach.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in law, preferably with certification in Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund).

  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
