Artificial Intelligence Strategist

A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems, possessing an in-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying conversational bots with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, they will have expertise in integrating bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth in AI/ML projects, working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana, and developing proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc.).

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
