Financial Planning Expert

Drive the implementation of EPM solutions for enterprise clients as a trusted business advisor and solution architect.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead high-impact implementations, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our solution delivery capabilities in a rapidly expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end EPM implementations for enterprise clients, leveraging deep platform expertise and business acumen to deliver measurable value.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that drive business results.
  • Build and manage client relationships with a consultative approach, particularly within the Office of Finance.
  • Provide thought leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and develop our delivery methodologies.
  • Drive adoption of EPM platforms through effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum 5+ years hands-on EPM platform experience, preferably with Jedox, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, or SAP BPC.
  2. A proven track record of leading end-to-end financial planning/budgeting system deployments for enterprise clients.
  3. A finance/accounting background, with a deep understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting processes.
  4. Enterprise consulting experience, including direct client-facing implementation and advisory work.
  5. Technical EPM skills, including data modeling, ETL, financial reporting, and dashboard development.
