Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and implementation of large-scale data processing pipelines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various systems to our Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop dimensional and fact tables to support business intelligence reporting.
  • Design and implement ETL workflows using data integration tools.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to evaluate, design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
  • Provide production support of ETL processes to ensure timely completion and availability of data in the data warehouse.
  • Analyze and resolve problems as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or Data Integration projects.
  • Expertise in data warehousing concepts, strategies, and tools.
  • Strong SQL background.
  • Proficient in relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Experience in GCP & Google BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Composer (Airflow), Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Function, and GCS.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud is a plus.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading a team.
