About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Risk Management professional to join our team at Ernst and Young LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of IT risk and compliance consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT risk management, including experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) issues. You will provide expert advice on IT GRC issues, helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Your role will also involve designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and controls, to protect client information assets.

As an IT Risk Management Leader, you will conduct in-depth analysis of IT environments, identifying compliance gaps and risk exposures, and recommending actionable solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, technology infrastructure, and data protection needs, ensuring tailored risk and compliance services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of IT risk and compliance consultants
  • Develop and maintain IT risk and compliance frameworks
  • Provide expert advice on IT GRC issues
  • Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance programs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of IT environments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have a strong background in IT risk management, including experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) issues. A Chartered accountant (CA) or Master's degree in management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is required. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in risks & controls, with more than 8 years of experience in IT Risk Management, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Audit and IT Transformation Risk areas.
