
Responsibilities Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and maintaining partnerships with corporates and institutions to support our mission through strategic CSR collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams.
- Develop customized proposals aligning with corporate CSR objectives.
- Organize and attend meetings with prospective and existing partners to pitch projects and strengthen engagement.
- Proposal Development & Reporting
- Prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications.
- Draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements.
- Document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders.
- Project Coordination
- Liaise with internal program and field teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships.
- Support the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor progress and help troubleshoot issues in coordination with program teams.
- Events & CSR Campaigns
- Plan and organize corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns.
- Represent us at CSR-related conferences, expos, and networking events.
- Documentation & Database Management
- Maintain a detailed database of all CSR contacts, communications, and proposals.
- Track CSR regulations and compliance updates from regulatory bodies.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in the CSR and nonprofit ecosystem.
